Rudina Gërdani, the educator of the private kindergarten 'Gledis' in the Astir area of Tirana, has been declared wanted by agents of Police Station No. 6 after she is suspected of mistreating a minor child during her stay at the kindergarten.
It was the child's father who reported that the educator had slapped him, and initially complained to the kindergarten owner, who, upon learning of the incident, immediately fired the educator. After the complaint, the 46-year-old was not found at home and efforts are being made to locate her to clarify the incident.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 6 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and are working to arrest citizen RG, 46 years old, after a citizen reported that citizen RG had mistreated his minor son in the kindergarten where she works as an educator.""- informed the Tirana police.
Gërdani was filmed raping the minor, shortly after taking a photo of him to post on the kindergarten's social media. From the footage, it appeared that the educator, after taking a photo to post on social media, slapped the minor twice.
Priam's father, Lorenc Rrapa, has stated that he has been threatened by the educator's family, but he is determined to follow through on the case. He has told the whole story of how he learned that his son had been raped and how he filed a complaint, but what makes the incident even more serious is that after filing a complaint, he has been threatened to keep quiet about the incident.
"We will see each other differently", These are the words with which, according to Lorenc, the educator's husband threatened her.
"The educator found out, they called me, they pressured me, my own husband told me not to go to the police because we will solve it differently. I told him I will not solve anything for my child, that's what I told him. He told me "we will see each other differently", "we will see each other however you want" I said. I went to the police station last night. I filed a report and everything was in order. Through my personal research I found out that the educator did not appear at the police station. Today I went back to the police station, to the police officer I filed another report because her people pressured me again. I want to say that I am not afraid.
I am not afraid of the people of Rudina. I am in Tirana all day from 6 am to 6 pm. You can find me wherever you want. I am not afraid. They have pressured me by taking me from European countries. My friends are also taking me. I have told them not to take me anymore for this. They want me to stop continuing the story of Priam, but I will not sell the blood of my child. I am very... I do not forgive the blood of my child, I do not forgive that slap",- said Lorenc Rrapa.
After opening the security cameras, it was discovered that the violence was not an isolated case, but was repeated against other children.
