The flow of migrants from Turkey to Greece has increased significantly, with the number of migrants in reception centers reaching 28,000. The asylum process is slowed down, stranding them in Greece.
According to data from the United Nations refugee agency UNHCR, from the beginning of the year until now, around 54,000 migrants have arrived in Greece from the Turkish coast, the second largest number in Southern Europe after Italy.
