An Israeli airstrike in the courtyard of a hospital in the Gaza Strip early Monday morning killed at least four people and sparked a fire that engulfed a tent camp for people displaced by the war, leaving many with severe burns. , according to Palestinian doctors.
The Israeli military said it was targeting militants hiding among civilians, without providing evidence.
