In less than 24 hours after the deadly passage of bad weather "Dana" that submerged the region in mud, the Spanish city is again on alert for new flooding phenomena.
So far the death toll from the floods in Valencia is rising dramatically with the latest count of 205 victims, of which 202 in Valencia and another three in Andalusia and Castilla La Mancha.
Residents and rescue teams are also racing against time to find missing people and document the damage as people flee en masse from Valencia to Madrid on the highway.
