It has become possible to catch the suspected author who bloodied the festival in Germany, (click here), where the SEK special police unit made his arrest possible.
According to the BILD newspaper, the SEK arrested a man in the early hours of the morning at his parents' apartment, following a tip-off from a witness who recognized the suspect from a previous crime. However, it is still not known if this is really the author of yesterday's attack.
In a post on Platform X, Chancellor Olaf Solz said he had contacted the city's mayor, Tim Kurtzbach, and said he was "deeply shocked" by the attack.
