Shkodran Nikçi, spokesperson of the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Peja, has given more details about Stresi's release from Peja prison. The rapper was released this afternoon, as the security measure of 48 hours of detention was assigned to him yesterday.
Nikçi said: "The accused person with the initials AL appeared at the police station yesterday, after the interview he was detained for 48 by order of the state prosecutor".
He then continued: "The state prosecutor within the legal deadline has submitted a request for the determination of the measure of detention, where today during the hearing he said that the part of the bail can also be made, where the court has assessed the amount of 20.000 euros deposited by the defendant in the state coffers. as a kind of guarantee that he will be present at the investigative bodies until the end of this criminal case whenever he is invited".
"The same is suspected of the criminal offense of assisting in the commission of a serious criminal offense - bodily injury. After we have received some expertise for minor bodily injuries caused to the victims, this criminal offense will probably be reclassified", he concluded.
