Tafani writes that the director Alfred Peza has sexually harassed her and for a year, verbally and psychologically abused her and pressured her and her colleagues to leave her job.
"On September 28 of last year, in the evening after 20.00:XNUMX p.m., I received messages on my phone that were not only inappropriate, but also demanding for a meeting outside the institution from the General Director of RTSH, Mr. Alfred Peza, accompanied by insistence through more than ten consecutive phone calls, which I refused to answer", Tafani wrote in the letter.
