The well-known rapper Noizy (Rigels Rajku) and Dj Crax (Bahtjar Bajraktari) were left in prison by the Court of Tirana, after being accused of violence against tiktoker Medi Isenin. Meanwhile, the Court of Tirana declared incompetence for Noizy's file and sent the documents to the Court of Durrës, as the competent court of the rapper's residence.
Currently, the procedures for the extradition of Noizy and DJ Crax to Kosovo have started.
We recall that Noizy and Dj Crax were placed in handcuffs with the intention of extradition to Kosovo, as they are accused of raping the TikTok personality, Medi Iseni, an event that occurred in the early hours of the morning of August 2nd in a night club in Peja.
Court Decision:
1. Accepting the requests of the Prosecutor's Office before the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.
2. Validate as legal the temporary arrest, carried out on 07.08.2024, at 07:30, for extradition reasons, of the citizen RR.
3. To impose on the citizen of RR, the restrictive measure "Arrest in prison" for extradition purposes, provided by articles 238 and 493 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
4. Validate as legal the temporary arrest, carried out on 07.08.2024, at 08.00, for extradition reasons, of the citizen BB.5. To impose on the BB citizen the coercive measure "Arrest in prison" for extradition purposes, provided by articles 238 and 493 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
6. A copy of this decision should be communicated to the Ministry of Justice, according to the provisions of article 495, point 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. The prosecutor and judicial police are ordered to implement this decision.
8. Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction, within 5 (five) days from the day after the announcement of the decision.
9. The declaration of land incompetence and the sending of documents to the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durres as the competent court of residence of the RR Citizen.
