The pair have not been seen in each other's company for months and even at JLO's birthday party, Affleck was nowhere to be seen. Multiple sources have told DailyMail that the divorce papers 'have been finalised, but have not yet been submitted'.

The news comes shortly after Affleck bought a new $20.5 million Palisades Pacific mansion on Wednesday, July 24, the day Lopez turned 55.
