The lawyer of Arbenita, the former partner of the artist Fero Fera, stated that it is not true that her client was taken custody of the girl. Blinera Osmani said that the decision on the request for emergency protection by Feroni Shabani was opposed and there is still no final decision.
But a few moments earlier, Fero published the evidence, refuting the lawyer's statement. He has published a part of the Court's decision, which states:
"Legal instruction: against this decision, the dissatisfied party can exercise opposition in this court, namely in the Gjilan Basic Court. Objection does not stop the execution of this decision."
In short, for the next 12 months, Fero has won custody of his daughter.
