Danyel Smith, the former editor-in-chief of Vibe magazine, has made serious allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming that he threatened to kill her for disapproving of photos for a magazine cover. Smith has revealed that Combs told her he would see her dead “in a trunk” if they didn’t show her the photos before publication.
The allegations are made public in the upcoming documentary "The Fall of Diddy," where Smith explains that it was the magazine's policy not to tell anyone the contents of the cover before publication. After this threat, Smith apologized through her lawyer, later realizing that Diddy had sent people to intimidate her.
The issue raised by Smith resembles other allegations that have been made against Combs, which include the use of blackmail and violence to keep victims silent.
Sean Combs is currently in custody on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, but he has denied all charges and has pleaded not guilty. The documentary “The Fall of Diddy” will debut on January 27th and 28th on Investigation Discovery and Max, delving into a long period of abuse and violence allegations linked to his name.
